About Start to Finish Motherhood
I partner with people considering becoming Single Mothers by Choice (SMC). I enjoy people, their stories, and applying a YOU centered approach toward empowering you as you embark on your journey as a Single Mother by choice in a culturally sensitive way.
After being a member of the SMC community for over a decade, I have learned that there are shared challenges and requests. I have listened. I set out to create practical tools, workshops, and resources to assist you in developing strategies for each step of the SMC journey. I not only wanted to create resources, but I wanted to put them all in one location. Here you will find resources for:
- Thinking
- Trying / Waiting (whether conception or adoption is your path)
- Pregnant / Placing
- Parenting
I am not a doctor
But I will be a fierce advocate and provide sound advice as a partner in your motherhood journey from start to finish.

My Passion Is Helping Single Women Become Mothers
I am a Black Single Mother by Choice to two wonderful people. My journey was not easy, but it was worth it. This journey has shaped me into the person and resource I am today. Use me!
The resources, advice and coaching offered is based off my 10+ years of experience in Single Mother by Choice communities, gleaned from helping to administer and moderate two Facebook communities for Single Mothers by Choice and from first-hand experience with:
